Billed directly to the Department of Veterans' Affairs for eligible clients.
We work with DVA White and Gold cards. If you're mid-claim or between cards, we'll help you navigate that too.

Will I get a written quote before service starts?
Yes, absolutely. After our first conversation and an initial home visit if needed, we will send you a clear, plain-language service agreement and schedule. Nothing begins until you are completely comfortable and have signed the paperwork.
Can supports be adjusted when life changes?
Absolutely — and we welcome it. Life moves, goals shift, and a plan that suited you six months ago might need a different rhythm now. Just have a chat with us and we'll adjust hours, goals and support types together. Nothing is locked in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our exact policy will be clearly outlined in your service agreement. We always aim to keep it fair and reasonable—because we understand that life happens.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is billed in line with NDIS rules for NDIS supports. For DVA and private, we'll include expected travel in the written quote so there are no surprises.
