Why Us
Quality Care · Person-Centered · Reliable · Flexible · Supportive Environment
A note from Kez

Quality care in an environment that is warm, supportive and nurturing.

I started Nurtured Spark because I wanted the kind of care I'd trust with my own family — skilled, responsive, and compassionate. We maintain a boutique organisation so every person we work with is known by name.

How we work

Four core commitments we make to every person in our care.

These aren't slogans. They're how we decide who to hire, how we roster, and how we handle the moments that matter.

01 · Know

Know the person first.

Before the forms, before the plan—an in-person visit, a chat on the phone or at your favorite place for a cuppa.

02 · Navigate

Navigate with confidence.

We assist with navigating the complexities of DVA, NDIS and aged-care services in plain language.

03 · Match

Match with care.

We aim to roster the same support worker whenever possible, because trust is built on consistency and relationships.

04 · Stay

Stay the course.

Care is rarely linear. We adjust with seasons, setbacks and milestones — and we adapt.

Ready when you are

Let's start with a quiet conversation.

No pressure, no forms up front. Tell us a little about who we'd be supporting, and we'll take it from there.
