What support can look like

Practical. Respectful. Trauma-informed.

We meet veterans and their families where they are — at home, online, by phone, or at your favourite café.

Vocational & Employment Counselling

Exploring meaningful work and career direction after or alongside service.

Psychosocial & Mental Health Support

Trauma-informed support working alongside your treating team, not instead of it.

Family & Carer Support

Walking alongside partners, children and carers through the challenges that service brings home.

General Counselling

A steady, confidential space to talk through whatever is weighing on you right now.

DVA Card & Funding Navigation

Making sense of White Card and Gold Card entitlements so you access what you're owed.

Who we walk with

Recently discharged, or decades on.

Each Veteran's experience is unique. Some people come to us in the first months after discharge; others, decades later, when something flares up or life shifts. We meet each Veteran on their ground.

Partners, children and carers are welcome in the work too — because transitions happen to families, not just individuals.
